In addition to the current Board of Directors, the company has added a special advisory committee.


Advisory Committee Member
Rob has been an independent director of ATB Financial since 2014. Rob has over 25 years of technical and business experience in the energy industry through his former roles as CFO of Sunshine Oilsands and E-T Energy, the COO of Harvest Operations (owned by Korea National Oil Corporation), CEO and co-founder of North West Upgrading, and Treasurer of PanCanadian Energy. Rob earned a B.A.Sc. in Geological Engineering from UBC and an MBA from the University of Calgary, and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors as well as the Chair of Prospect Human Services.


Advisory Committee Member
Cam has more than 20 years of experience in the North American oil and gas exploration and production industry. He most recently served as chief operating officer (COO) of ARC Resources in Calgary, Canada. Prior to joining ARC, Cam Kramer worked for Canadian Natural Resources (CNR) for over 15 years. He has a broad background in operations and leadership. He has been a Director of Tervita since December 14, 2016. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Cam holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary.

Mary-Jo began her career at Shell Canada as a Land Administrator in 1980. In 1985 she moved to PanCanadian Petroleum Limited as a Contract Landman and eventually to the position of Manager Commercial Ventures and Land. In 2002 she joined Canadian Natural Resources Limited as Vice President Land, ascending to the role of Senior Vice President Land and Human Resources. At Canadian Natural she was a member of the Senior Management Committee. Mary-Jo is an active member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen, a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, a member of the Women's Executive Network, and recently was appointed to the Board of TORQ Oil and Gas. She previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Centre for Energy Asset Management (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology). Mary-Jo holds a Diploma in Legal Office Administration from Fanshawe College.


Advisory Committee Member
Richard joined the Capital Group Companies in 1995 in a two-year rotational program called The Associates Program. Until his retirement in 2016, he followed and invested in the energy sector as a high yield analyst, and over his career also followed and invested in the technology sector and convertible securities. At his retirement, he was a Partner of Capital Fixed Income Investors. Richard earned a BSE in chemical engineering with a certificate in materials science from Princeton University.
